Parter with us to enable women leaders in your organisation!
By enabling women’s leadership through our WLA, we support women’s development and increase women leaders across South and Southeast Asia and globally.
Through our global community, our WLA provides a sustainable network of women leaders who support one another’s growth and collaborate on leadership initiatives across the region.
Our WLA aims to create systemic change by challenging leadership norms, building a generation of women who will redefine leadership and promote inclusive futures.
Our academies are customisable to suit the specific challenges faced by women leaders in your organisation. By partnering with us we provide a tailored programme, addressing your industry needs while drawing from our regional knowledge and expertise.
Our leadership academy utilises hands-on, real-world challenges to equip participants with both theoretical knowledge and hard skills rooted in the context of their sector and/or industry.
Throughout the academy, we foster community building through peer learning and mentorship, building a support network of women leaders that extends beyond the programme.

The leadership sessions made me rethink what kind of leader I want to be. I was emulating what a “man” would do as a leader. But anyone, with any of their abilities and characters, can be a leader if they want to.
Together with Wedu, we were able to provide 60 young women food security leaders with journalism skills training, allowing them to co-create The RICE zine – collection of stories anchored in their lived experiences in the ASEAN context. The collaborative process that Wedu facilitated to create this zine not only allowed the women to tell their stories but also gave them the chance to work with women from across the region, strengthening their professional networks and fostering a sense of solidarity and care.
The most valuable aspect of the Women’s Leadership Academy was the opportunity to connect with so many incredible women. I gained invaluable knowledge and experiences, strengthened my mental resilience, and discovered my strengths. These insights will not only enrich my work but also positively impact my personal life. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned, especially with young women, to help inspire them on their journeys.
I have hosted events and supported women for the past few years. I have always told them they can become leaders of their own lives, no matter their characteristics or qualities. However, I didn’t believe I could be a confident, determined, and ambitious leader. Throughout this journey with the WLA, I started to believe that I am capable, too.
