As a Rising Star, you will gain lifelong access to our dynamic, always-evolving Leadership Development programmes and services, ranging from mentorship and education funding to leadership opportunities and a global community of professionals.
Rising Stars are women leaders dedicated to their personal and professional development. They are at different stages in their leadership journey but share a strong commitment to creating positive change and leaving a meaningful impact.

• You are at least 18 years old
• You have completed a 16+ hour Leadership Development Programme at Wedu
• You demonstrate a deep commitment to working towards positive and meaningful change
• You are searching for opportunities and resources that support your leadership development

Every year, we have different leadership development programmes to support your growth. If you have not yet completed a leadership development programme at Wedu which contained at least16 hours of training, you can enroll in the Introduction to Leadership course instead (learn more and register below).
Complete and submit the Rising Star Application Form. Once you complete a leadership development programme at Wedu, you can directly apply to become a Rising Star (learn more and apply below). If you have not yet completed a programme, please complete the Introduction to Leadership course first.
Once you have completed a leadership programme at Wedu and submitted the Rising Star application form, you will be invited to two interviews with people from our community to share more about your vision and plans. On successfully completing and passing the interviews, you will become a Rising Star!
