ELIGIBILITY

The Introduction to Leadership (ITL) course is open to women from South and Southeast Asia who are over 18 years old, proficient in English, and have leadership and change-making ambitions.

*At Wedu, we see gender as a matter of self-determination, and our definition of women includes cis women, trans women and everyone who identifies as a woman.

COURSE CONTENT

Throughout the 8 weeks, ITL course participants will have access to reflective exercises anchored on our bespoke leadership model. They will also have the opportunity to connect and network with other course takers from around South and Southeast Asia. By the end of the course, participants will develop at least two SMART goals aimed towards their leadership development.
